Coming down from altitude for a race. Climbers vs descenders. My coach doesn’t believe in zone based training. I can’t get my heart rate up. Preparing for races with significant water crossings/swims. What does a stress fracture feel like?  Should I use creatine? Do I need to fully warm up for quality session?
