Dr. Randall Sampson Author of Welcome to the Grind Inspiring Teachers Ep 25
Author of Welcome to the Grind, Dr. Randall Sampson is a pioneer of professional development, and an inspiring thinker. Intentional teaching and development are two themes that came to mind as I reviewed his work. In his book, Welcome to the Grind, Dr. Sampson discusses pillars for successful determination and achievable processes driving towards personal success. Dr. Sampson has proven his results increasing AP test scores for his students, driving more students to even the achievement gap in his school experiences, and motivating people to apply hard work and diligence. He’s a positive motivator, and a research-driven professional.
