79. Faith Over Pharma: Lora’s Bold Approach to Medicine

Lora is a Nurse Practitioner who owns and operates her own practice in Hagerstown, Maryland. She’s recently made a powerful shift in the way she treats her patients. While many healthcare providers focus on medicating symptoms, Lora feels a deeper calling—to help her patients uncover the root of their medical issues, which she’s found is almost always spiritual.

Lora grew up in the church but walked away from her faith for many years. During that time, she battled addiction and even faced suicidal thoughts. But God had other plans for her! Today, Lora has been clean and sober for 22 years, and her life is a testimony to the healing power of Jesus.
