The data analytics company that studies customer satisfaction released their 2026 North America Airline Satisfaction Study that shows passengers are generally happy with the state of travel. With all the recent news surrounding just the opposite, I found the findings interesting so I invited Michael Taylor, senior managing director of travel, hospitality, retail and customer service at JD Power to be here on the show to explain.
