Duel Christiansen is the Lead Project Manager for Christiansen's Contracting. Duel, his father, and two brothers run the company and have nearly 100 years of experience between them. Duel has over 15 years of full-time experience in the business, with over 20 years working on job sites in some capacity. By the time Duel was 10 years old, he was already at his father's job sites helping clean up, while learning as much as he possibly could. Currently, as Lead Project Manager, he always places his clients first and ensures that their projects are completed on time and on budget. He has an outstanding knowledge of the field and can make the often confusing decision-making processes easy for clients.

Dirk van der Velde is the founder of Momentasize Companies. He’s a freedom-loving husband, father, and entrepreneur.

The concept of Momentasize was first born in 2019 while Dirk was training for his first 100-mile race. During a run with his good friend and training partner, Matt, he was attempting to explain how running had changed his life. As he struggled to put the feeling into words, he blurted out that it helped him “momentasize” his life. Every difficult run led him into a flow state that in turn, helped him in both his personal and professional life to conquer each and every moment or to... “Momentasize” it. The idea stuck with him, and using this foundational mindset, he went on to create Momentasize Companies in 2021.

The Momentasize brand now encompasses a construction, development, and real estate investment company. Dirk and his wife Shai have a huge vision for Momentasize Companies. Their mission is to bring dreams to life through the built environment and share a passion for bringing many minds and hundreds of hands together to bring these dreams into reality.
