CIA Veteran Ray McGovern cites forensic evidence obtained by NSA's William Binney that shows Russian did not hack the DNC emails published by Wikileaks but rather, an insider did.
McGovern says the real scandal revolves around the FBI and that "Russiagate" should be re-named "FBI-Gate."
