What is Ministry?

Is one who ministers only a pastor? Who can do ministry and what is it?
Ministry is to serve others, doing acts of ministry for the sake of the Gospel, to reflect the love of Christ to others by acts of service, to share the word of God through preaching and teaching.

Every follower is called to do ministry. Share the Gospel (Matthew 28:18-20)
All Christians have gifts (1 Corinthians 7:7).
Different kinds of service (1 Corinthians 12:5)
Five-fold ministers equip each of us to do the work of the ministry. (Ephesians 4:11-12)
