Charlotte is now the sprint leader of her team after being a teammate for Lorena Wiebes for two seasons. We chat about her transition from leadout to leader and what it is like facing off against the sprint queen in Wiebes and discuss the essential skills you need to be a top sprinter in the pro peloton.
