77 Minutes = Mental health neglect or Did the Police screw up?

On July 17, 1984, James Huberty called a San Diego mental health clinic, requesting an appointment. Leaving his contact details with the receptionist, Huberty was assured the clinic would return his call within hours. According to his wife, he sat quietly beside the telephone for several hours, awaiting the return call, before abruptly walking out of the family home and riding to an unknown destination on his motorcycle. At 3:56PM on July 18, 1984 James opened fire on 45 customers in a McDonalds. At 5:17 PM is when police took their fatal shot at James ending the massacre….
