The Waupaca Police Department recognized Police and Fire Commissioner Jim Schulz for 25 years of service to the City of Waupaca. Schulz, who is not seeking another term, was honored for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to public safety over the past quarter century. The department thanked him for his lasting impact on the community. 

Volunteer Waupaca is preparing for a great community event as the Volunteer Waupaca Day of Service is held this Saturday. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Upper South Park, where volunteers will gather before heading out to work on projects throughout the community. The day wraps up with a celebration including refreshments, entertainment, and prizes.
