All Limiting Beliefs are False

All limiting beliefs are based on an illusion and therefore, they are all false. You have a certain mental construct. It includes everything you believe and is the foundation of your vibration. Your reality is a reflection of that vibration. The more limiting beliefs you hold in your mental construct, the more limited your life is. True freedom and abundance come as a result of improving your mental construct, not by changing your conditions. When you consciously do the work to lessen the intensity of your limiting beliefs, you alter your mental construct and raise your vibration. In this episode, Joshua explains how this process works.
