She served as adjunct professor at the University of Michigan, where she earned her MBA, and taught hundreds of rising leaders at Deloitte University. Jennifer earned her PhD in management from Case Western Reserve University—during which she conducted multiyear empirical research on coaching and leadership as a research fellow at the Weatherhead School of Business. She is also a Harvard/McLean Institute of Coaching Fellow.
