Dean Corll

From 1970 to 1973 Dean Corll with 2 teenage accomplices tortured and killed at least 28 boys. Dean's family had a candy business and he would typically give candy to children, which led him to be known as the "Candyman" killer. He would lure his victims by giving them rides or offering them parties to get them to his lair where he would ultimately kill them.
