I am so excited about today. You know that feeling of taking something from an idea, a concept, and then researching it and then finally creating it? This is what this episode is for me. I have been working on this idea of a joy path for YEAAARRSSS! How many times do we turn to a GPS to know the fastest route to somewhere. Even if I know where I'm going I use GPS to give me updates on the path I"m taking. Friend! This is what the Joy Path is all about! Today I talk about the Joy Path and I even created a quiz that will help you discover where you are on it 😉! But first I wanted to simply share how the Joy is a path of being rather than a to do list that we have to force. How do you cultivate joy?
