Kirk Adams is the President and CEO of The American Foundation for the Blind whose mission is to create a world of no limits for people who are blind or visually impaired.  AFB mobilizes leaders, advance understanding, and champion impactful policies and practices using research and data.  Kirk joins Mark to discuss the vital existence of AFB, who they serve and how it’s changing perceptions and creating career opportunities for job seekers with vision loss with companies including Google, Microsoft and more.
