This week, we are joined by Erika Andresen, owner of EAAS Consulting. Erika talks about looking at the human risk of business resilience, single  points of failure and the importance of understanding the impact of disasters and disruptions. Erika describes herself as "compassionately angry" about resilience. She says she is set off very easily by needless harm and suffering.

 

And, she explains how The Waffle House index can be used as a barometer to understand the impact of a disaster on a community.
