Our conversation starts off with Dane discussing his incredible journey of overcoming crohn's, through all the pain and suffering, what he endured and how he was able to battle through. We then get into a detailed explanation of what exactly chron's disease ulcerative colitis are and how many people are affected by them. We then shift to all aspects of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) from signs and symptoms, to diagnosis, testing and the role that diet plays into it. Dane dives deep into the environmental factors and we shift to a entertaining back and forth about gut balance, microbiome and conventional vs non conventional treatments. This leads us into a discussion on digestive health and autoimmune diseases. Dane moves forward providing insight into the role of pathogens in chronic illness, touching on many aspects not often discussed. We then talk about every day toxins and the huge impact they have on our health, along with detoxification and drainage pathways. We have a big discussion on dietary needs, food as medicine and the importance of personalized diets. Dane then provides his list of special hacks for ease of building health and wellness. We finish with my favorite topic of the POWER OF HOPE AND BELIEF.
