Catherine is here today with Danielle Beinstein. Danielle Beinstein, MA, who is a Spiritual Advisor, Astrological Counsellor, Writer and Meditation Guide. Danielle is born and raised in New York City and offers a unique blend of East and West coast sensibility, providing her clients with intuitive and pragmatic guidance as they navigate their life’s journey. She graduated from University of Santa Monica’s Masters program in Spiritual Psychology in 2012 and followed with an additional year in Consciousness, Health and Healing in 2014. In this interview we talk about being happy is more important than being right, and that the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves, and that every person, and experience is a teacher, if we allow it to be. We unpack judgement of self – the common catchcry “I don’t want to be this person” when in actual fact if you let go of self-judgement, you will find it easier to let go of ALL judgement, so it starts with you, to love and accept who you are. Acceptance is one of the most important manifestation of love! We learn from our adversities and life is not a straight line. At different stages of our life, we are all going to face some sort of serious adversity whether we like it or not. The adversity will come when you least expect it so knowing how to deal with it is key. So often we crave answers to the inexplicable. But much of life exists in the mystery, in the unknown. It’s in surrendering and letting go. It’s in knowing when to express determination and when to yield that we discover life in all its complexity and nuances.
