In this episode, I reflect on the journey so far, marked by hitting 75k podcast downloads. Despite initial doubts from some, the support from listeners has been overwhelming, and I'm deeply grateful for each one who encouraged me along the way.

I’m so grateful to Cathy Heller and Emma Kikuchi for instilling in me the belief that I could embark on this podcasting journey and transition into entrepreneurship. It's been more than just a podcast; it's been about forming connections and friendships, both locally and internationally. The mantra of getting the messy version done was great for me as there was no other way the podcast would have ever been published!

We'll take a trip down memory lane, revisiting highlights from the past 117 episodes, featuring remarkable guests like Aoife, Lewis, Julie Ashlie, Aleisha, Alison, Melanie, Ruth & Bex. Throughout, the focus has remained on fostering raw, honest conversations around weight loss.
