119. Shattering Ideas

We are joined by Karthikeya (Karth) Gautam, a 1L student from Osgoode. Another one of Richard's criminal law students from 2024. Karth learned quickly that the "Paper Chase" version of law school is no longer (was it ever?) accurate. It's both better than that and worse than that.
