Making Dreams Come True Pt. 2

The early years… Josephs father Jacob was a manipulator, 

Joe came from a family of 4 moms, 13 boys, His grandfather Laban was a sheister/manipulator. His brothers Simeon and Levi killed an entire village, his oldest brother Reuben slept with his fathers concubine… Jacob openly loved Joe more than the others. The women in the house did not like each other… wonder wonder!!!

When Benjamin was born His mother Rachel died and everything just got worse.

 

 

Equation Passions, skills, talents, gifting + Godly choices + his purpose = an unstoppable PGV.

 

 

But he was given a dream - 2 actually. BUT THE DREAM WAS NOT THAT HE WOULD BE THE SECOND IN COMMAND OF THE WHOLE WORLD…

I believe Dad recognized Joes leadership and integrity! 

 

V. 2 He is a young man of integrity. He tells his father that his brothers are up to no good. When you see their hearts you can imagine that they really are scoundrels. 

 

    V. 3 Dad loved Joseph more than the others. He gave him a coat. What did it resemble? PARENTS SOW THAT INTO YOUR KIDS! DREAMS, EXPECTATIONS, VSIONS. SPEAK INTO THEM. The coat represented: all of Gods attributes,

You hold a special place of authority 

it signifies his position of favor in the family 

and signifies he will receive the greatest inheritance.
