President Trump’s upcoming announcement of his nominee for the Supreme Court has brought the issue of abortion and Roe v. Wade to the forefront this election season. What was a backburner issue now has become the pre-eminent issue facing the candidates.

On today’s episode, Mark talks with Seth Drayer, Vice President of Created Equal, about the lies the Roe v. Wade decision told.

Here are five lies told by Roe v. Wade:

We don’t know when life begins.

The unborn are non-persons and not protected by the 14th amendment.

The right to privacy protects a women’s right to choose.

Abortion is safer than childbirth, therefore abortion needs to be safe and legal.

Rape or incest is a valid reason for abortion.

The court took a neutral position and thus made abortion is a choice between the women and her doctor.
