Vanessa is my best friend and will be a recurring co-host on Unscripted! Our relationship started at a Lori Harder event and our friendship blossomed around her book "A Tribe Called Bliss". Establishing deep, meaningful relationships is important in order to fill your soul. This is not to say that you cannot have friendships that don't fit in this box, however, it's important to know what you are getting out of each friendship and approach them with the appropriate expectations.

Because this is so foundational in both Vanessa's and I's life, we are discussing a few of the methods that we used to overcome past challenges and traumas in order to help us become more present in our current situations. Gaining clarity in life is something that is important to both of us and we believe it is important to do the inner work so that you can show up as your best self in relationships with others.
