• Going to a group social painting can be motivating! Which is an artist date (taken from Artist Way,) 
• Take on one thing at a time until it is a habit, then add another.  It takes 45 days to make something into a habit (not 21 days). 
• Set a timer - Pomodoro technique - to stay motivated using a timer to work on x for a certain amount of time. 
  • Stephanie uses Insight Timer  App - Workplace - Get Into Focus - Length, then pick the time.
• Music can help motivate too!  but be respectful of those around you.
• The people who succeed are the ones who don't give up. Know what you are doing matters.  And proving people wrong.
• All "failures" are a learning pivot.
