The core values of our company are internal and they define who we are as a company, not who we aspire to be. The biggest mistake we make is making aspirational core values. We need to go through the process of discovering our core values and then taking action based on them. We must eliminate the team members that are not part of who we are, and add those who will help us build an amazing real estate team.
