#70 | When Getting There Doesn’t Fix It

Today I am talking about why the most driven, capable women I know cannot be present with their families even though they desperately want to be, why the revenue ceiling stops moving even when the strategy is solid, and what is actually underneath both of those things.

This is not a time management conversation. It is not about posting more or working less. It is about the place in your body that decided a long time ago that your okay-ness was conditional, and how that one belief is running your business, your dinner table, and the space between you and the people you love most.
