Smiley Face Killers...Gang Initiation?? Or CULT?

Between 1997 and 2017, authorities pulled the dead bodies of more than 40 young men out of rivers and lakes in more than 25 cities across 11 states. Most of them were college-aged, popular, and athletic. Nearly all the men had last been seen leaving bars or parties while inebriated.  Now there are only a handful out the 40 that are claimed that police suspect foul play and could possibly be link…. The biggest link between the 6 murders is a smile face painted near the scenes. This is the start to the theory and thus began the widespread Fear of the smiley face killings…. This is a completely different case then the happy face killer serial killer who murdered at least eight women in the United States during the early 1990s. This is all theories and has never officially been linked by law enforcement. My favorite theory points directly to the smiley face killers as in multiple…. Seems reminiscent of the Son of Sam cult, doesn’t it?
