Tusk calls on EU to help rebuild Notre Dame

The President of the European Council has appealed to EU countries to help France rebuild the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Donald Tusk was speaking in the European Parliament this morning in Strasbourg. Mr Tusk expressed his comfort and solidarity with the French nation.
