We start the episode with Christine sharing the decision to leverage her strengths and how that impacted her joy during this transition to a new learning environment.  Next, Christine embraces the power of being a learner  and building relationships over content drove her to build a strong community online.  She then share a story of how she valued each student's presence in class with an awards ceremony and students repaid her with the kindest words has ever experienced during her long career.  Finally, she cautions us on how we should talk about our student's future.  They are listening, so we need to set the tone of optimism as we return to a new normal.
