Emor 2013: He shall not go outside the sanctuary

Leviticus 21:12: "He shall not go outside the sanctuary and profane the sanctuary" - the Halacha that the High Priest does not leave the Sanctuary; its implication to all the children of Israel during the encampment in the desert.
