Kevin Wilson tells us how he is helping people with Intellectual Disabilities how to build a career

This episode we talk to Kevin Wilson, Executive Leader | Disability Inclusion & Career Development | Co-Developer of DICE Questionnaire

It was great to talk with Kevin and learn about his passion to help people with Intellectual Difficulties get jobs and to develop a career, he comments:

“And then when we look at the disabilities themselves the bulk of disabilities today you know fall into the cognitive area So that's things like ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and learning disabilities”

Kevin tells us how his career developed in Ireland and then Canada and how he became interested in this area.  He has a strong background in Universities and in Not-for-profits.

His current project “The DICE Questionnaire” has developed a methodology to help people with ID understand what the like, what they can do and how to develop career options.
