Vincit was originally founded in 2007 with a motto. To be a workplace that wouldn’t suck – not even on Mondays. Starting there, they're blossomed into The Best Place to Work in Finland. They've managed to do that using something they call Leadership as a Service, whereby employees are encouraged to develop themselves and their skills through self-management.
