I struggled with the idea of even publishing this episode. Depression has been a constant companion in my life for over 20 years now. Everything I do, everything I teach, helps me regulate and heal. It helps my clients do the same as well. For We Are Magick! And often times, we need the reminder. That is ok. Helpers need Helping too. And we Deserve it. This episode goes over a few ways that Depression is a Fucking Liar and my own struggles with this. I am overcoming it. Even when I feel I am not, I am. And So Are You.
