We are now officially in the busy holiday season, after Halloween, close to Thanksgiving, almost to Christmas and New Year’s.  This season is a mixture of excitement for the holiday season, filled with so many more to do’s.  It's such a fun season, but it can be overwhelming too.  We try to plan and smooth out our week.  If you’ve ever spent a Sunday night mapping out your week, thinking through all the logistics— color-coded schedule, meal plan, maybe even diving into your planner — only to have it all unravel by Wednesday, then today’s episode is for you.  The good news is that you’re not doing anything wrong. You don’t need to be more disciplined or organized. You just need a system that actually works for your real life and is personalized for you, not someone else’s perfect routine from Pinterest.  Today we will be taking about why our routines keep falling apart, what to do instead so your systems actually stick, even when life goes sideways.”
