A bill restricting private ownership of big cats like lions and tigers as pets, made famous by 'Tiger King' has passed the House, making a big victory for animal activists and Carole Baskin. Her reaction on Good Morning New Hampshire was Woohoo. "The passage comes in the Chinese New Year of the Tiger, so it's very fitting", Baskin said.
