Mike and Jim discuss and debate the 2026 movie Masters of the Universe, the second live-action film adaptation of a Mattel toy line and animated television series from the 1980s, including their struggles with understanding who the intended audience is, its many shifting tones (serious, sentimental, silly, cartoon-ish, parody), and its occasionally too-adult humor, while also acknowledging its positives (visual effects, fight choreography) and the subtle changes that could have made the movie better. (Bonus feature: Mike performs the He-Man "I have the power!" shout, twice).
