047 | You Are What You Consume

Empaths:  Listen in for 12 minutes of life-changing advice that I've implemented over the past decade to become empowered and powerful in who I am.  I'm not talking about ruling the world or earning more money or being better than anybody else. 

What I am talking about is this: We get to decide how legendary we become in this world, and in the next - if you believe in that.

FIRST: Pay attention to what you're taking into your vibration.

THEN: Take 100% responsibility for it.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT:  Reframe it.  See the silver lining.  And say thank you for what it's taught you, and what it might continue to teach you.

Voila!  Instant alignment with who you are and who you want to become.  You get to decide.  You decide what you consume.  Just like if we eat too much - we're simply overloading on a GOOD resource. 

All the stuff that's yelling at us that is causing dis-ease in our bodies is simply the lessons and resources we've already consumed.  Journal that shit out.  Meditate.  Exercise.  Change your decor.  Do whatever the fuck it takes, because there is a legendary you that wants to be seen.
