The World Through Palestinian Eyes

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. This week, President Obama has expressed an enthusiasm for the Jewish State not evident in his first term.  If authentic, what might be called a conversion on the road to Jerusalem would be most welcome. Yet, a certain cynicism about the sincerity of Mr. Obama's new-found embrace of Israel seems warranted.  Notably, he engaged in a highly manipulative effort yesterday to foment pressure on Prime Minister Netanyahu to make territorial and other concessions by speaking over his head to a carefully selected group of Israeli students. The President urged them to "look at the world through [the] eyes" of their Palestinian counterparts.  This appeal is seductive, but ignores a show-stopping reality:  Those Palestinian kids have been indoctrinated from birth to see the only acceptable solution as a Middle East without Israel.
