Tactical vest for home defense.

I discuss the use of the tactical law enforcement type vest as an alternative to the self defense bag or "purse" for home defense and maybe even just to load one up and throw it in the car while traveling.  We now have three hours of Missouri concealed carry legal training on line!  As always - the quote of the week!
