This is a killer episode!!! - So grateful to of had the opportunity to sit down with the very talented singer/songwriter and psychologist Doug Fitch of www.dougfitchmusic.com!!!! I've been fortunate enough to develope a friendship with Doug for nearly 8 years now since my days of being stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii with the US Navy. His song "Ehime Maru - Greenville" from his newly released album "Breakaway is a MUST LISTEN (now available on all online streaming platforms).
We talked about the current state of music/artistic creation, ancient hawaiian flow-states (nahe nahe), passing down tribal knowledge through art, healing trauma through songwriting, intermittent reinforcemnt scheduling, and being "respectfully provocative."
