Is Kamala Harris A Natural Born Citizen?

In light of Joe Biden's age and health, his vice-presidential pick, Kamala Harris, could assume the office of president. Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president be a natural born citizen of the United States. Everybody knows that, but it seems that nobody knows what that means. I explain it from a historical and constitutional perspective.
