13. The Invaluable Employee

When you are employed, how do you know if you have a good gig, or if your position is not the right fit.  If Brandon and I had to do it all over again, we would have asked a litany of questions of our employer.  We didn't know what to ask, and how it pertained to what we wanted out of our career.  This is an episode about those questions.
