Why? Because at this point, we’ve read and reread these words so many times that our brains actually fill in any gaps, even see and read things that aren’t actually on the page.
Crazy, right? So, in this week’s episode, I share a little bit about why this happens and how to take an idea from qualitative research methods and data collection to help us make these words that are so close to us seem strange and new. Why? Because it gives us the distance we need to revise like a champ!
