Episode Synopsis:
Tim is excited to promote Binford’s newest power saw on Tool Time - until he tries it out at home and realizes it’s a defective piece of crap. Tim refuses to endorse a product that he doesn’t believe in, but Binford insists. In protest, Tim and Al take their concerns to Wes Davidson, Binford’s new CEO. Meanwhile, the boys go grocery shopping for the family and buy expired and discounted food so they can spend the savings on candy.
