Overview: The back cover presents over 200 natural food recipes for healthy, delicious American dishes. The cooking in Deaf Smith Country is strictly vegetarian and organic, resulting in recipes for making bread and whole grain cereals and ideas for fresh salads and main dishes. My spouse used the book to help keep me full while I worked in a lumber yard. I list my favorite recipes, including page numbers, and this book may not be completely Vegan, but it is completely Vegetarian.
