March is Women's History Month – commemorating and encouraging the vital role of women I talked to Menka Soni, the President and CEO at Ravishing a company contributing to social cause of empowering small scale women entrepreneurs to help them grow together by providing education, training, assistance, guidance and business opportunities.

She run different beauty pageant as we know it.

Menka was program manager for global business & systems solution like Starbucks, Microsoft and many other. Beside that she broke a family and cultural barrier.
