[Pt. 1] ”Trust” Misconceptions

You've replayed that last situation in your mind continuously. The one that hurt you tremendously, and then you've convinced yourself why it is better to settle for the here and now. And to only isolate yourself from the surrounding world. When you are in emotional pain, you strive to keep up with the reasoning for remaining in an emotionally safe place?
