Synergy 2022 - Strategic Planning

Every church has a mission and a desire to reach people for Christ. Often though, the mission gets stuck or is not realized, which can lead to frustration in church leaders and the people they serve. Our goal in this session is to help you see the value of strategic planning and goal setting. As a working session, you will walk away with the beginning of a strategy around your mission, along with some tangible outcomes that will help you achieve your goals.
