Since successfully accomplishing that feat four times she has gone on to start a grooming school and most recently an accredited business school to teach operators how to be great owners. 

There are so many nuggets of information about what it takes to be successful in business and the various tactics that Dara has used to accomplish her goals. She even discusses how her life long passion of horse riding has lead her to invest in Come What May Racing and the complexities of racing thoroughbred horses.
