This is episode 98 of the LostTrailRunner Podcast, actually it is episode 120 of my other podcast the "Ron'sUpdate Podcast". Since I have been falling down on the job of recording new episodes of the LTR, I thought that I would do a little cross pollination and maybe I could get some new listeners to my RU podcast.
